Coach. Father. Leader. Legacy Builder.

For over 20 years, my career has centred on coaching — from the squash courts in the UK to leading 22 Snap Fitness clubs across Australia. I’ve been a franchisee, state manager, and national operations manager — but at the core, I’ve always been a coach.

Whether helping someone complete an Ironman, guiding a PT into business, or building high-performing teams — I’m driven by helping people grow and achieve more than they thought possible.

At home, I’m a proud dad in a blended family with four amazing kids — they’re my daily reminder of what legacy really means.

Why I Coach: It’s About People, Progress, and Purpose

Coaching isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. It’s been the common thread through every stage of my career and life. From mentoring personal trainers to leading national teams, helping others unlock their potential has always been my purpose.

A few years ago, I had what I now call a midlife breakthrough. I realised coaching wasn’t just something I was good at — it was what I was meant to do. That moment became the foundation for Leadwell Coaching.

Built on Values That Matter

Leadwell isn’t just a name — it’s a reflection of what I believe in:

  • Leadership – Because when you grow as a leader, others grow too.

  • Well-being – Because balance is essential for long-term success.

  • Growth – Because small, consistent improvements lead to big results.

  • Integrity – Because trust, respect, and honesty aren’t optional.

These aren’t corporate buzzwords. They’re values I live by — in business, in sport, and in how I show up for my clients.

Sport Is My Lifelong Teacher

Sport has always been a big part of my story. I played squash semi-professionally in the UK Premier League before injuries changed my path. That shift led me to become a personal trainer — and eventually a coach, leader, and business owner.

I also competed in triathlons, representing the Optima Racing Team. I finished Ironman Germany in 10 hours and 17 minutes, and my best half Ironman time was 4 hours and 24 minutes. The discipline, focus, and mental toughness those events demanded still influence how I coach today.

Now, I’m back coaching squash at Next Gen, helping develop the next generation of state-level athletes. I focus on the off-court side of performance — mindset, structure, and leadership — because that’s what truly elevates someone’s potential.
